How we make and ship our products?

At blundr chess, we operate on a Print-On-Demand (POD) model to bring you unique, high-quality chess-inspired apparel, art, and accessories without waste. This means that each item is custom-made just for you as soon as you place an order.

• Benefits: This ensures minimal environmental impact, allows us to offer a wider variety of designs and sizes, and guarantees your item is freshly printed or crafted.

• What to Expect: Because your item is made on demand, there's a short production period before shipping. We're busy making your blundr chess gear perfect!

How long will it take to receive my blundr chess order?

Production (Fulfillment): As we use a Print-On-Demand model, your item needs to be created. This typically takes 3-7 business days (Monday-Friday) from the time you place your order.

1. Shipping: Once produced, your item is shipped.

   • UK Orders: Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days after fulfillment.

   • International Orders: Shipping times vary by destination. We use a network of 150+ local production partners in 32 countries, with the intention that your blundr product is created as near to you as possible. Occasionally however, it may need to be produced at a fulfillment centre not in your country, and therefore can take 7-21 business days after fulfillment to reach you .

• Tracking: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our production facility, so you can follow its journey.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Damaged/Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos, and we'll gladly arrange a free replacement or refund.

1. Sizing/Buyer's Remorse: Because each item is custom-made on demand, we generally cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for incorrect sizing (please check our size guides carefully!) or simply a change of mind. However, your satisfaction is important to us, so please contact us if you have any concerns – we'll always do our best to find a "blundr-ful" solution!

2. Initiating a Return: For eligible returns, please email us at sales@blundrchess.com with your order number and details.

How do I choose the right size for blundr chess apparel?

Getting the perfect fit for your blundr chess apparel is key!

• Size Guides: Every apparel product page has a detailed size guide with measurements (e.g., chest width, length). We strongly recommend you measure one of your favorite fitting garments at home and compare it to our guide.

• Tips: Pay close attention to the fabric blend mentioned in the product description, as different materials may have slightly different drapes or stretches. If you're often between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable, relaxed fit, especially for our graphic tees and hoodies.

My tracking information hasn't updated in a few days. Is my order lost?

Don't panic, a temporary pause in tracking updates is quite common and usually not a sign that your blundr chess order is lost!

• Common Causes: Tracking information might not update daily while the package is in transit between major hubs, especially for international shipments or during peak seasons.

• What to Do: Please allow a few extra days for the tracking to refresh. If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days (for domestic) or 10 business days (for international), please contact us at sales@blundrchess.com with your order number, and we'll investigate for you.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?

Due to the custom, made-on-demand nature of every blundr chess item, our production process begins immediately after your order is successfully placed. This allows us to offer a wide range of unique designs efficiently.

Therefore, modifications or cancellations are unfortunately not possible once an order has been submitted.

We kindly ask that you carefully review your order details, including design, size, and shipping address, before completing your purchase. This ensures your blundr chess masterpiece is created exactly as you intend.
